We currently do not offer pick-up of firearms to the general public.
Please do not have firearms transferred to us without contacting us first. If you have a firearm transferred to us, there will be fees plus additional shipping to transfer.

Terms & Conditions
Customers certify that they are of legal age and of legal standing to purchase items from Jimbo's Deals LLC.
Buyer agrees to pay all fees, which may include and are not limited to buyer’s premium, transfer fees, shipping & handling.
Buyer agrees to abide by all policies for “Firearms, Ammunition, Weapons, & Related Accessories”.
Unless otherwise stated, the buyer is responsible for shipping charges, return shipping charges, handling fees, and transfer fees.
If the transaction cannot proceed due to a fault made by the Buyer, the Buyer agrees to pay a re-stocking/return fee of 10% of the sub-total plus any previously charged fees.
The buyer must pay with their own credit card or their own funds.
Jimbo’s Deals LLC reserves the right to cancel any sale at any point for any reason.
Should a dispute arise between the Buyer and Jimbo’s Deals LLC, that cannot be settled, the Buyer agrees to arbitration in Phoenix, AZ, USA.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to know, understand, and abide by all local, state, and federal laws where they live.
By bidding, purchasing, or ordering from Jimbo’s Deals LLC, the buyer certifies that the items are legal for the buyer to own in their place of residence.
The Buyer acknowledges that Firearms, Ammunition, Weapons, & Related Accessories are inherently dangerous, and will handle them properly.
· The buyer certifies that they are of legal age to own the items,
· the buyer is not a convicted felon, nor was dishonorably discharged from the military,
· the buyer is not a user of illegal substances,
· the buyer has not been involved in assault or domestic violence,
· the items are for the buyer’s own use and are not being purchased for someone else.
